All piercings are performed using fully disposable, single use cannula needles and tools. I do not perform any piercings with a gun, only needles.
When it comes to body piercings, the method used can significantly impact the healing process and long-term health of the piercing. Here’s why it’s considered dangerous to use piercing guns and why single-use needles are a safer, more effective choice:
Why Piercing Guns Are Dangerous:
Tissue Trauma: Piercing guns work by forcing a sharp jewelry piece through the skin using pressure, which can cause more tissue damage than a needle. This force can crush and tear the tissue, leading to excessive swelling, prolonged healing times, and increased risk of complications, such as infection or scarring.
Increased Risk of Infection: Because piercing guns don’t make a clean hole but rather a forced displacement of tissue, they can leave microscopic bits of tissue behind. These can harbor bacteria and make it easier for infections to take hold. Additionally, the use of piercing guns is often associated with non-sterile practices in some less reputable settings, which increases the risk of infection further.
Misalignment of Jewelry: Piercing guns typically use pre-packaged jewelry that may not be the most appropriate size or fit for the piercing. Since the jewelry is forced through the tissue with the gun, there’s a higher likelihood of misalignment, which can lead to discomfort, improper healing, and complications down the road, such as jewelry embedding in the tissue.
Pain and Trauma: The rapid force applied by a piercing gun can cause more intense pain compared to a needle, which is usually smoother and less traumatic for the skin. The immediate impact can shock the body and create a heightened risk of swelling or other reactions.
No Control Over Piercing Angle: Piercing guns often don’t offer the same level of control over the direction and angle of the piercing. This can lead to poorly positioned piercings, which may be more prone to irritation or injury. Improperly placed jewelry can also hinder proper healing and cause long-term issues.
Why Single-Use Needles Are Safer:
Clean and Precise Hole: A single-use needle creates a clean, precise hole by removing a small core of tissue (often called a "plug"). This is much less traumatic for the tissue compared to the crushing or pinching force used by piercing guns. This clean cut helps reduce the risk of infection and ensures a smoother healing process.
Less Tissue Damage: Unlike piercing guns, which compress and displace tissue, a needle creates a hole with minimal disruption to surrounding tissue. This reduces the risk of excessive swelling, inflammation, and discomfort.
Sterile and Safe: Professional piercers use single-use, sterile needles, which are usually pre-packaged and disposed of immediately after use. This ensures that the equipment is free from contaminants, minimizing the risk of infection and cross-contamination.
More Control and Precision: Needles allow the piercer to have better control over the angle, depth, and placement of the piercing, which ensures the jewelry sits correctly and the piercing is aligned properly. Properly aligned jewelry is essential for healing and for reducing the chances of complications like rejection or migration.
Faster Healing: Because the needle causes minimal trauma to the tissue and creates a cleaner hole, the healing time tends to be shorter. There is also a reduced risk of complications like keloids, scarring, or hypertrophic scarring.

Unfortunately I do not offer piercings below the waist or inside the mouth such as tongues, smileys, cheeks, or tongue webbing. I do however pierce everywhere on the lips.

Piercings
The price displayed online is for the piercing, including basic plain titanium jewellery. Jewellery upgrades are available at an extra cost. I can order in pieces of jewellery for you too, but I can only perform the initial piercing with the jewelry I have. If you want a specific piece of jewelry I recommend waiting until your piercing is fully healed before changing it. Aftercare spray is also available to purchase at an extra cost - I highly recommend all clients use an aftercare spray for their piercings.
Tattoos
My general rate for tattoos is $168 (tax included) per hour for custom designs, however I do offer some flash designs or portfolio pieces that I would like to tattoo at a discounted rate. These will generally be posted on my instagram page. I also offer a day rate of $1000 + tax for 7 hours of tattooing.
SPMU
My prices for semi permanent make up are as follows:
Microblading - $400 + tax
Lip Blush - $450 + tax
Ombré Brows - $450 + tax
6 week Top up appointment - $50 + tax
1 year top up (returning client only) - $300

Yes, I require deposits for all tattoo and SPMU appointments.
SPMU
You will be required to book a consultation and have a patch test before you book an appointment. A $100 deposit is required post consultation to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable but transferable to another date/time or value can go towards other services.
Tattoos
Once you have had your tattoo consultation, a deposit of $168 is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another day/time or can be used for other services to an equalling amount.
Piercings
I do not currently require deposits for piercing appointments. However if you can no longer attend your appointment please cancel within 4 hours to enable someone else to book that slot. If you are running late please let me know, I will try my best to reschedule but this may result in you having to wait or rescheduling to another day.

Before any kind of appointment, please make sure you have had:
a good nights sleep
something to eat
are fully hydrated!
If you want to wear numbing cream for tattoo & SPMU appointments that is up to you, we can discuss this at your consultation. We also sell numbing cream in the studio should you wish to purchase any. I don’t recommend using numbing cream for piercings as it is very quick and generally a tolerable procedure.
Unfortunately I cannot perform any procedure on you if you are:
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Have a blood clotting disorder
Have a blood borne disease
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are needle phobic
Are diabetic, unless you have written medical consent or have previously had piercings/tattoos with no complications
Have a skin condition in the area you were hoping to have a procedure
If you have a CT/MRI scan in the next 3 months I would not recommend getting a new piercing until after your scan, as the piercing will likely close once you remove the jewellery

Written and verbal aftercare will be given to you after your appointment, to ensure the best possible healing results after your procedure.
I sell aftercare spray for piercings, and can give you recommendations for tattoo aftercare products, however I will be looking into stocking tattoo aftercare very soon. I can provide you with second skin post tattoo appointment (included in the price).
For SPMU, I will provide an aftercare ointment for you which is included in the price.
I will provide specific aftercare advice to you, but generally the advice follows:
No excessive exercise for 72 hours
No sun beds/prolonged sun exposure for 4 weeks
No hot tubs/baths/sauna/steam room for 3 weeks
No touching, picking, or scratching!
